Lotusmiles members can earn miles when purchasing lounge access through the Lotusmiles Lounges platform. These terms explain how the program works and what you need to know as a member.

How It Works

As a Lotusmiles member, you can purchase lounge access passes through our co-branded platform. When you make a purchase, you will automatically earn Lotusmiles miles that will be credited to your account.

When Will My Miles Be Credited?

Miles will be credited to your Lotusmiles account within 45 days of your lounge visit being confirmed to us (for lounge passes) or subscription purchase (for LoungePair+ membership). This timeframe allows us to complete transaction verification and account for any potential refunds.

Eligibility

  • You must be a registered Lotusmiles member to earn miles.

  • You must provide a valid Lotusmiles member number at the time of purchase.

  • Miles will only be credited for completed lounge visits. Refunded purchases do not qualify for miles.

  • The enhanced earn rate for Vietnam Airlines co-branded credit card holders requires verification of your card status at the time of purchase.

About Lounge Access

Through LoungePair, you have access to a global network of airport lounges. Lounge availability, amenities, and pricing may vary by location. Each lounge pass grants you access to a specific lounge for the duration shown at the time of purchase.

LoungePair+ Membership Bonus

New LoungePair+ members who sign up through the platform will receive a one-time bonus of 1,000 Lotusmiles miles. This bonus is awarded once per member and will be credited following the same 45-day processing period.

Program Changes

Earn rates and program terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be communicated on the platform and on the Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles website. Miles earned prior to any changes will be honoured at the rate applicable at the time of purchase.

Your Data

To credit miles to your account, we will collect your name and Lotusmiles member number. This information is used solely for the purpose of crediting your earned miles and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
