The home of Austrian Airlines and its Star Alliance partners, the Austrian Lounges in Terminal 3 are divided into 3 tiers:

Austrian operates one of each of these lounges in both the Schengen and Non-Schengen zones of Terminal 3, where most Star Alliance flights depart.

The Schengen lounges (for passengers departing from Gates F) are located on Level 2, while the Non-Schengen lounges (accessible after passport control, near Gates G) are on Level 3. At both locations, the 3 tiers of lounges share a common reception desk, with staff directing arriving passengers to their relevant section of the lounge.
